Vaginal tightening is the process of tightening the pelvic muscles. Vaginal tightening helps to achieve a degree of elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles, thereby increasing tightness.
Although, when it comes to our performance especially in the bedroom, most of us want to feel confident and sexy. And for that reason, most women see vaginal tightening as a perfect solution, especially after childbirth.
A tight vagina could increase the pleasure for both of you during sexual intercourse. It is a feeling of the soft, padded walls grasping their penis for men. And for the women, they feel every ridge of their man’s penis in them.

What Causes Loose Vagina?
There is a popular contradictory myth that says “having too much sex can loosen up a lady’s p part”, a loose vagina can be as a result of pregnancy, child bearing and other reasons.
Can Menopause Cause Vaginal Looseness?
However, other causes of ‘loose’ vagina include menopause, weight gain and high-impact sports in some cases.
No matter the reason, a lack of muscle strength, tone and a ‘loose’ V, can have a deep impact on the entire life of a woman and not only in a woman’s relationship.
Moreover, in most cases, this will become a concern leaving her feeling anxious and she may undergo depression that she is no longer able to satisfy her partner sexually, thereby inspiring a lack of self-confidence.
Lastly, If a couple has always enjoyed an active sex life and it has taken somewhat of a hit, this can be a problem.
Can Pregnancy and Childbirth Cause Vaginal Looseness?
Yes. Pregnancy and childbirth, in particular, have a high impact on the body. The pelvic floor, and indeed the vaginal wall, is stretched to the limit, especially during labour itself. The muscles expand to assist your baby through the birthing canal, which in many cases (unsurprisingly) results in a ‘looser’ vagina. But there are also many other causation factors to consider when it comes to the loss of vaginal ‘tightness’.
However this is just the price you need to pay to receive the greatest gift in the world as a mother. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that you will undoubtedly be looser now than you were prior to pregnancy and giving birth. 40 percent of first-time mothers have no sexual relations for up to 2 years following childbirth.
Millions of new mums think that reduced sexual satisfaction is just something that comes with the territory, unaware of the measures that can be taken to treat it. Some women are too embarrassed to broach the topic at all, making it even more difficult for them to find a way out.
